-- Dorine has been involved with health and physical fitness most of her life. Growing up in Southern California with a background in ballet and the availability of lots of local produce gave her a natural healthy way of life. Believing that the body is a self-healing miracle that will take us far if we cooperate with it, led her to train with Dr. George Malkmus and the Hallelujah Diet. Dorine is a Certified Health Minister and teaches the natural way of life with a Biblical basis.

-- Karen grew up in Upstate New York near Ithaca. She migrated to Dothan by way of Woodstock, GA over 20 years ago. Her many interest include her children and grandchildren, reading and fishing. -- We welcomed Denise to our staff in August, 2008 when she returned to Alabama from Florida. Denise grew up in Ozark but left to live in Florida and Colorado during the last 20 years.
